Not a Zome fan at all, but I'll have to grab one because I love GITD. I wonder if you can strip the Zome with alcohol or mineral spirits or something?

Wonder what they´ll cost here in Europe (if they even make it in "our" stores). The regular VG10 Endura is around 110 Euros (converted 120 USD) over here (and totally worth it for me I have to say...)

steelcity16, surely you didn't forget to ask for them DLC coated....did you? I know I’d go for one of those three, if they were dlc coated.
I’ll be more interested in the Delica. VG10 is fantastic, IMO. Boring, but excellent.

That’s a good question. Hopefully, they are relatively inexpensive. If I were living outside the US, my perspective on the value of knife materials would certainly be more inline with yours.

Now, if only they'd do this combo in a knife that was any good(for me). I think I prefer standard GITD, but if this comes out in a better model, I'm in.
