Generally I have found the 3 tapped holes in the liner where the clip screws into have burrs on the back side. I take my PM2’s apart and deburr these 3 tapped holes on each liner where the bronze washer sets. It generally fixes blade centering and action every time. Just my thoughts..
Thanks for the suggestion I will probably try this. What do you use to deburr the tapped holes?

Edit: Actually, I just disassembled the knife. There were no burs. Everything was perfectly smooth

If you look down into the blade with it closed do you notice a gap like this between lanyard tube shoulders and the liners? Mine look like they were pressed in at an angle on both of my examples date codes BT and CT

DLT had 74 of these and roughly 6,000 notifications that went out.

Yes, that's exactly what happened with mine. Im planning to call spyderco to get the right letter.

Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha .... I knew this was going to happen. I'm running two jobs right now and I am insanely busy throughout the day. I just ended my day and checked in here to see what's happening - a new Reveal and PM2 S45VN sightings!!!! Obviously I'd be way too late if I was still after one. I could foresee this scenario so I jumped on the Deadwood opportunity and paid the premium - it was my best bet. Hindsight is showing I made the right move but I do wish I could have avoided the premium. There were a number of great knives in Reveal 4 but after spending some time considering them all, this PM2 and the Nightstick are the ones I was going to spend my money on.

I'm finding the scales super sticky in the hand, and I haven't tried to pocket them yet.

Well, for Reveal 5 it will be the D4 K390 and maybe 2 units.
