How about laminated COS? People say it is like VG-10 but better. Hard to argue with that. Of course, both of those steels have cobalt as a defining alloy. So does SPY-27. Perhaps that steel could make its way over to the Seki line on of these days.

I already have a K390 Police so, I'd like a super stainless steel maybe 20CV
S30V, VG10, M4, XHP, BD1, Cruwear, Elmax, Maxamet, 204P, H1, K390, A11, Rex45, LC200N, M390, 20CV, BD1N, S45VN waiting to afford MagnaCut
