Hi Larrin,
We've revised the dimensions of our CATRA test Mules and we'make them and heat treat regularly. We're redoing all of our tests with all of our steels to the new size. Some of the steels might have 4 different RC's to determine the best. Our turnaround time with our heat treaters is pretty quick. if you need any help in that area, let me know.
What are the dimensions of the CATRA test Mules that you use?
We're getting ready to test a new Carpenter steel that one of their metallurgists invented a way of carburizing the steel 3mm into the steel, he says. He has an interesting sales pitch. Met him at SHOT show.
