Beautiful! That REX-45 Para 3 LW is one of my most-carried knives. So much cutting power in such a little package! Enjoy it.

If I´d get a Para 3, this certainly would be the version I´d try to find!! :)
I am not a steel expert at all, but even since I don´t know too much I can tell, feel and confirm how amazing REX45 is.
And I happen to like burnt orange...

I agree. I’m just upset I was too late and missed out on a lot of the REX45 knives. The upcoming native chief is too large for me.

Not sure, but I think the Manix 2 LW in REX 45 should not be too hard to find. Larger than a Para3, smaller than a Chief.

Though some don´t want a tool steel i a pinned knife. I personally have no corrosion issues with mine though so far.

Hmm funny thing that I just saw is that K&T suddenly has a few REX45 Spydies in stock. Which includes the Manix 2 and the Native 5 (which I ordered right away but is still in stock as for now).

Hey Martijn, think I did not welcome you here yet, so "welcome"! :)

Might be great news for some that the REX Manix, Native and Native LW are in stock again at K&T!
I allowed myself to share it in a dedicated thread.
If I had´nt the Manix LW in REX 45 already, I´d certainly go for the G10 Manix now...

Thank you! Great to be a part of a fantastic community that already gave me a lot of information and reading fun :)

I have the Lil’ Native REX45 since there where no other options left at the time I ordered it. And can’t wait to receive the G10 Manix in REX45 tomorrow! A great way to start the weekend.

Has anyone else noticed BHQ lists the model as “coming soon” whereas all the other models that have dropped are “discontinued - out of stock”?

It still says coming soon. Is that a mistake on their site? Did they drop these yet? I assumed they were done.

I think that's a mistake.
It came out and was sold out quickly.
Didn't made it to ny dealer in EU who normally gets all sprints.

You can try to find it on ebay...

A native 5 should fit also well.

As an alternative you can try a dragonfly cruwear.

Yes, but $275 is a price that does not make sense and most US sellers don't ship (and are not interested in) outside US. But I just ordered Teal S90V from BladeHQ, so I am good when it comes to Para 3LW.

BladeHQ ship to EU? Since when???

Yes prices are high.
I am not a fan of teal but S90V is an excellent steel and worth a try

Yeah I noticed that too,
went through my usual shipping service for the s90v teal,
but I may try their direct service next time.

Too bad they don't have UPS,
I have noticed UPS from US to Europe usually gives good results as to tracking, delays and losses.

They apparently do, the order was done online in standard manner. Shipping was $37. I need to see the teal color in person to decide on it, but since it is very light and not too strong I figured I shall be able to dye it maroon or darker blue easily.

Dyeing another color should work well.
Disassembly might be not so easy...

One might go the crude way that skips that pesky step :D

resurrecting this thread to post this - it could be a glitch/error on BHQ's part, some customer returns, old stock that they found - or is there another production run of this? While I find it highly unlikely since Spyderco's Sprint ideology states that Sprint Runs are one and done. I've emailed BHQ already and will update if I get a response.
