The Pacific salt 2 is a linerless Endura grip. It'll be H1 first. LC200N is already prototyped. Later this year

That's my vote, though it doesn't exactly roll off the tongue.

I'd imagine an Endela Salt is in their future plans.

I agree that "Mediterranean" would make a lot of sense. Whatever it did end up as, it seems logical that it would be named after an ocean or sea, like many other Salt knives.

I always felt there should be a Gulf Coast salt, (or Gulf of Mexico salt), but I would rather that be a specialized model instead of just a name attatched to something.

Spyderco needs to make an ultimate salt knife loaded with Ti, CF and Vanax and call it the Don Juan, one of the saltiest bodies of water on earth!

They could call the Endela salt Salton after the Salton Sea

This!
I'm happiest with Micarta and Tool Steel.

Top four in rotation: K390 + GCM PM2, ZCarta Shaman, Crucarta PM2, K390 + GCM Straight Spine Stretch.

Funny, "Mediterrean Salt" is exactly what I came up with when I started a thread about a Salt Endela like one month ago.. :) (see link):

viewtopic.php?f=2&t=85893

There Sal said (quote): "I'm watching sales on the Endela before thinking about a Salt version which will require new FRN tooling so we can make it without the liners" (viewtopic.php?f=2&t=85893&p=1396951#p1398623) - so lets hope the Endela sells well...
Top three going by pocket-time (update March 24):
- EDC: Endura thin red line ffg combo edge (VG10); Wayne Goddard PE (4V), Endela SE (VG10)
-Mountains/outdoors: Pac.Salt 1 SE (H1), Salt 2 SE (LC200N), and also Wayne Goddard PE (4V)

I think that’s called the “Waterway” or “Siren” ;)

Hmmm... the other suggestions are Seas, not Oceans. How about the Indian Salt? It’s the third largest ocean. If we dispense with oceans and allow seas, how about the Bering Salt?

We have and had Caribbean, Tasman and Caspian which are seas, so I would think anything goes.

I thought of Bering, but Baltic has a better ring.
We could do lakes too, maybe the Great Salt Endela.

I'm kind of digging the "Oceanic salt". It has a good ring to it.

Bering Sea or North Sea.

Of course Dead Sea has an interesting sound. 😜🤣

We can call it the Oceano and it'll be the most hardcore knife name in the lineup :D
