I agree that "Mediterranean" would make a lot of sense. Whatever it did end up as, it seems logical that it would be named after an ocean or sea, like many other Salt knives.
Funny, "Mediterrean Salt" is exactly what I came up with when I started a thread about a Salt Endela like one month ago..
