REX45 Wharncliffe Interest
Re: REX45 Wharncliffe Interest
We have already seen the hap40 wharnie in delica, so a rex45 would sort of be redundant, although I wouldn't complain. I know blade shape and steel variations isnt what it is know for, but I would love to see the chaparral with this configuration. I think the Rex45 steel would compliment the thin blade, and I like the idea of a thin wharnie chap. Just my thoughts

Nailed it.

Haha! I was going to say, I'm not a Texan but I'm living here and not all Texans like burnt orange. In fact we walk around our neighborhood and there are far more A&M yard flags out than any others.Dazen wrote: ↑Fri Jan 31, 2020 11:17 amBurnt Orange is the color of University of Texas, which was my College’s rival (A&M) when I was there. I was pretty much born and raised to hate that color.
Of all the things I've lost I miss my mind the most!

Re: REX45 Wharncliffe Interest
Since Seki is using many new steels these days I'm all for a Rex45 Delica and Dragonfly Wharnie (and standard blade). I don't like laminations so Hap40 is a no go for me.
CRU-CARTA THE SEKI MODELS! AND BRING US THE DODO-FLY!

How about something like a Golden made 3-3.5” Bradley Air with recessed liners & pocket clip? I’ve about got my fill of FFG blades. Let’s see some contours!
