It is like a cat. You have to earn it's love. It it not freely given.

That and timing. You will get it.

When I was at the SFO the other month, they had a display of different handles asking people for opinions. When I inquired as to whether they were actually considering a run, I was told they were just curious what people liked. For all the work they did to create these and bother asking opinions, I'd hope they might actually make one.

(Note: the "#1 High Gloss" slot on the very left did not have an example knife)

Personally, I like the #3 High Gloss Partial Bug the most, though would prefer a more natural looking satin finish to the wood.

They didn’t make these scales. They were made by a guitar inlay guy named “Trifecta” on Instagram. His real name is Chris. He’s a nice guy. I bought some bacon scales from him.
Was never a space cadet, but with LC200N I might be more in space than a cadet.

I'm on fence with this one. As @Bolster mentioned, it could have more durable steel with that tip. K390 version in linen micarta would be great.
Current collection: Lil Temperance G10, Shaman, Lil Native, Massad Ayoob cruwear, Smock, Street Beat, Street Bowie, Para 3, PM2 purple G10 cruwear, Canis, Rhino, Endura 4 K390, Watu, Kapara, Amalgam, Sliverax, Police 4 se K390, Police 4 pe K390, Khukuri, Barong, Ulize.

If you’ve managed to climb this fence, do yourself a large favor and jump on this slicer. It’s a delight.

Hard to decide. I like futuristic design, cf, cl, size, only that thin tip is something I'm afraid while thing is not cheap. Is this really the thiniest tip in Spyderco or very tip is comparable to Yojimbo or other models with fine tip and ffg like Para 3?

I'm not sure how useful this is due to the different grinds of the models but for comparison if I sandwich the tip of the 3 knives with a caliper here are the measurements I get.

Watu .51 mm
Yojimbo .52 mm
Para 3 .83mm

Thanks. Seems that very tip is similar in many knives I have, only 2,5 mm blade stock in Watu tapering quickly, gives impression that tip is weaker.

I played with the big brother yesterday and wanted to show the result ! Did not feel the need for a new thread for it though :winking-tongue .

I used some carbon fiber and I have to say that I'm really pleased with the result for my first attempt at folder scale(s) !
