It doesn't get any better than this!

Yesterday, I made a plea to help find the Spyderco KX05 Sashimi Knife. You guys and gals came up with alot of helpful leads.

Joyce suggested that I contact Patti @sfo (which I did by email). However, I got so antsy that I checked the online catalog again and, lo and behold, I saw the KX05 this time. So I immediately placed an order.

Shortly thereafter, I checked my email and found a response from Patti (wow, that was quick). Patti wrote that she was ready to help me with the order; however, I replied that I already ordered the item from the online store and thanked her for her service anyway.

I then go back to checking my email and find a confirmation (complete with tracking number) that Spyderco just shipped my order.

Isn't this a great forum and wasn't that excellent customer service from Spyderco? (I know you all agree the answers are "Yes" and "Yes." <img src="smile.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0>

Congrats and post a review when you get your new blade. I use Global kitchen knives but have become interested in the Spydie line up especially the Santuko. Take Care!

toothed,

We're glad to assist. Patti is absolutely FABULOUS, as many of you guys who've contacted SFO know. She really knows her knife stuff and even speaks "aloha".

Enjoy the knife! The ergos, blade steel and balance make this one top notch. Since few people have this model, post here and let us all know what you think when it arrives.
