These are Native 5 photos.
It's hard to make the argument that they're overpriced by charging $119 for a S90V Delica.
I guess my argument is that Knifeworks is only offering 25% off MSRP. I'm a little sour when it comes to MAP and the price increases. I'm not a fan of FRN and wouldn't pay $120 just to get S90V on a Delica. I would rather pay more for a knife with my desired handle materials.SubMicron wrote: ↑Sat May 23, 2020 4:48 pmIt's hard to make the argument that they're overpriced by charging $119 for a S90V Delica.
If you look at significantly larger competing retailers like Knife Center and Blade HQ... On either site, if you look at all brands of folding knives, use the filters to show only S90V, and then sort by price, you'll see the lowest cost alternative is a Benchmade Proper slipjoint for $204.... and it's just a slipjoint!
For that reason its much easier to make the argument of a $119 S90V Delica being an extraordinarily good value and definitely a fair price for a dealer exclusive.
I'll back that up with my own money. I ordered one today. I missed it the last time they made it available.
Even if they were charging full MSRP + 10% which happens in some industries, they'd still have the lowest cost S90V folder from a major production knife maker available.SSD_777 wrote: ↑Sat May 23, 2020 5:00 pmI guess my argument is that Knifeworks is only offering 25% off MSRP.
