So far today (Christmas Eve), it’s been a Stretch 2 G-10 since it’s a great paring knife, and I’m doing some food prep for tomorrow. As for the Big Day, I have reason to believe that there will be a Stretch 2 SS to unwrap. That will absolutely get christened on Christmas... kind of appropriate!
And Merry Christmas to my fellow knife brethren! I do hope it is a peaceful day for all.

At some point I'll be carrying the Native 5 Fluted Titanium. Just need to dig it out the gun safe

EDIT: Done!

I can always remember as a kid once presents were open and everybody was trying to get into difficult packages or boxes that my grandpa always had a pocket knife. He would open up all the difficult packages for everybody. I definitely got my knife nut gene from him. Im sure those young memories of him using his pocket knife on christmas morning had an impact on me. So what you choose to carry could have an influence on some of your younger family members when you are the only one who is prepared to open those presents the rest of the way for them.

Well it's getting to be that time. I was rummaging through my knife cache and I pulled out an old friend!

Christmas packaging, beware! Your time is almost up...

Chaparral cf. Great at slicing open whatever may need it, and it just looks good, too.

Have used a stainless delica se in the past. May have to use both tomorrow.
