It looks nice and I am a Delica fan but probably gonna pass. S90V isn’t my favorite steel and $120 is a lot of scratch for a Delica.

It is exciting to see Seki using crazy steels though. :)

Non going to buy this model, but I like the fact that Seki-City is using more steels.
I am hoping for a regular sprint run of Cru-Wear Strecht or Police 4 LW.

Yeah exclusives don't play by MAP rules. No way I would pay that much for another FRN Delica regardless of steel

I so wish that they would have charged $105 plus $14.95 shipping. :D

This! I'm all about more Delicas and like this concept with the different color liners. More non-Japanese, non-laminated steels is a GREAT thing. The next two I'd personally like to try in a Delica would be 4V/V4E and AEB-L.

Lol! I had the same thought. BBS would be a MUCH less hated site if they just baked the S&H into their price. I learned this after 20+ years as an eBay seller. I have offered "FREE" shipping on EVERY item I have sold for many years, even though I may actually pay $5, 10, or even as much as $20 or more to ship a heavy item from coast to coast. I list everything Buy it Now and factor the s&h cost into my price. I haven't had negative feedback for "excessive shipping changes" since!!! :D

To me it sounds like they are going to be gun-blued or blue PVD coated liner and backlock rather than a thin blue FRN liner like you see on fixed blades under Micarta scales. Interested to see photos once some members have these in hand.

To me it sounds like they are going to be gun-blued or blue PVD coated liner and backlock rather than a thin blue FRN liner like you see on fixed blades under Micarta scales. Interested to see photos once some members have these in hand.

I think it's a typo. In the picture, you can see the silver liners.

Can’t wait to see if someone blade swaps with the Fradon Lock delica for a cf/s90v Delica. Sure wish these weren’t dropping so close to Christmas, or else it would be me.

Thankfully doesn't even moderately tickle my fancy. Another win for the ole bank account! Black frn is so plain Jane. Not necessarily a bad thing, but don't try to throw out an exclusive in it!!

Delica4 CPM-S90V Black FRN Blue Lined KnifeWorks (Japan) will be released on December 12, 2019 for $119.95 shipped. This is a total run of 600 pieces and a limit of 2 per person.

Release date changed to the 10th.

If it came with carbon fiber scale, I would buy it.

I preordered one and I might regret ... I should have preordered two... that black-blue combo looks cool and S90V is one of my favorite steels.

Not really digging the two tone now that I see the pictures. That plus the S90V makes this an easy pass. The Cruwear, M390, and GITD Delicas were winners though.

2019 was good to the Delica! Hoping to see K390 and Cru-carta Delicas in 2020!! :D

You can still get the Fradon Lock exclusive with cf and HAP40 for almost the same price.
