Is it still a rotation if I switch between blade types but the two knives are both Caribbeans?

Related question: Is it still a rotation, if I switch between steel types (VG10 and HAP40), but the knives are both Enduras resp. Stretch 1´s ?

I am trying to get down to 1 EDC. I would say 99% of the time it is Military Ti/CF S90v.
The other 1% is some version of the Manix when I need a hard-use knife and I don't care about damage.
