I'm pretty sure there will be No more mid year catalog. They are doing quarterly-ish "reveal" supplements for new knives that are close to slipping.

Oh how unfortunate. I must've glossed over that bit when the Reveals were discussed.

ETA... everyone wants to know, right? With our new process, our intent is that everything in this Reveal will be available within the next 90-120 days.
This is not the only Reveal that you'll see this year. Our goal and expectation is that everything in this Reveal will ship before we launch the next Reveal.

This is a big change for us (and for you). We absolutely are aware of that. We know this year will be one of transition and we're willing to say that there might be a bump or two along the way (transitions usually come with a few inherent challenges) but we're really excited to be able to offer our new Reveal program and to have you along with us for the journey.

I believe the 2020 catalog should be released soon. I wonder if there will be any surprises in it, or will we have to wait until the next Reveal?
I don't get people who only carry one knife :thinking ;)

I’m guessing within the next week or so based on the last few years:

  • 2019 Catalog released on November 30, 2018
  • 2018 Catalog released on December 8, 2017
  • 2017 Catalog released on November 18, 2016
  • 2016 Catalog released on December 1, 2015

First page of the Reveal V3 says "Welcome to the third and final Spyderco 'Reveal' of 2019..." So I think its safe to say the 2019 Reveal Volume 3 is the last Reveal we will see in 2019 and the main 2020 Catalog will be the next catalog we see. :spyder:

I think it could be cool to see a 4th Reveal Volume for the year included in the main catalog, but I can also understand the difficulties behind making that happen.

Oh, I never realized that next year catalog is released this soon.....Cool, I hope we get Swick 5 in catalog, or in first reveal.
