Native 5 blade swap?

Does a smooth G10 Native 5's blade swap into a lightweight N5 frame?
I have a lightweight Maxamet and am thinking of getting a Cruwear smooth G10, then swapping blades. So!

I thought I saw where one of the other members (bearfacedkiller?) did exactly what you're looking to do. Check the Cruwear Native thread
