The CS Para 3s are live if you're wanting one.

Thanks. I was able to order the satin one, but the DLC was already sold out.

Just in the FWIW category, when I posted the original message on the board CS had the same message up but there was an add to cart option available.

Looks like they’re staging them out and only releasing some at a time. I’m not interested in it, but for those who are...

I got a DLC for Halloween. Had to pay $25 USD for shipping to Canada. Most other sites are usually $10 USD.

So how does a staggered drop work? Do you check their website on the specified dates and times and hope to get lucky? Because with less than 600 pieces per variant, I would think you need to move very fast to snag the DLC model.

Didn’t these come out last year? I could have sworn I have one. Or are these different?
Current favorite: Manix 2 with carbon fiber scales and cru-ware.

That’s the only way I can’t see it in my head. If there’s 3 different times and there is in fact only 600, then it’ll be 200 each time I imagine. Should be available for a whole 2 minutes all 3 times

It’s the same version, they reordered some apparently

Picked up a Satin. Never saw the DLC in stock. Wasn't interested in the DLC anyway.

Must not have seen much or any pocket time. Question is why?
Something you didn't like about it? Please share. Thanks

The Cutlery Shoppe Exclusive Para3 with Satin and Black DLC CTS-XHP blade and Orange G-10 were first released in November 2018.

I got one but sold all three of my PM3 because I can't stand the clip placement, I wish this was the lightweight version

Sold mine shortly after receiving it last year because the scales got dirty EVERY TIME I carried it in my jeans. Even if I didn't use it. The scales are so vibrant, they easily get dirty and just looked bad. Not meant to be carried with jeans.
Currently have 20 :spyder: 's in 14 different steels.

I think all knives look better when they get a little dirty. Adds a personal touch to it. Makes it feel like it’s yours.
My orange FRN endura and dragonfly shows dirt and grime like no other and I love it.

I love the orange and black combo, but I’m not a compression lock fan. The only liner/frame lock I even like is the military. I much prefer back locks to all others, and seems most non knife people know how to operate them too which is a plus when someone borrows it.

I'm all for patinas and scratches on my blades, but I like my scales to look nice. I also would never let a non knife person borrow a $150+ knife of mine. A $40 beater, sure!

I wanted to get the DLC variant, but they sell out fast. I got the satin instead. I figure I could always swap parts with my all-black Para 3 if I need a Halloween knife :)
