I submitted k390 and other. I figure, if you like a knife that much, get it in your favourite steel and look to the custom market for specific scales. Or even, dare I say, get some equipment and try your hand at making your own custom scales

I’d be fine with micarta and any of the vote steels. As long is it’s uncoated I’m a happy camper. But k390 and Green micarta sounds like a perfect option.

Pretty interesting so far. My pick is blue denim/K390. And like I believe Darby or EvilD mentioned, TRUE denim would be super sweet, as opposed to just dark blue. I don’t see blue denim show up very often, so I thought maybe it was just me liking it.

But NOT surprising is that there are 2 or 3 combo’s at least that would be smashing successes. Very cool.

I'd love to see some blue denim. Green would be great too. K390 is a solid choice, but how about an exotic stainless like Vanax?

Went with cruwear. I need at least semi stainless qualities. Im not holding my breath on the current sprint so another might be really good for alot of people who miss out. Will also see what the planned exclusives look like.
Sal, I love the Shaman design. Dont let a handfull of complainers cause you to second guess yourself. Its amazing. I also adjusted to simply moving my finger out of the way of the guard in the closing swing. It takes maybe a day or two to adjust to this. I feel like some people didnt even try to adjust their closing techniques/habits before writing it off.
My real question is will there be a second production version of the shaman in a different steel? (Like how you can get an endura in the base steel and a higher end steel.)
