I've had such great overall performance with my hallowed M390 Military model that I'm really tempted with this one. I've kind of wondered how a wider bladed model would perform in M390 blade steel. That price just seems to be too good to be true almost. Not at all saying that M390 is the very best blade steel out there but it sure has been a great performer for me these past 3 + years.

I would love to try a serrated Hawkbill in either M390 or XHP.

I ordered the satin and it's making the slow journey to my country. It's taking all my willpower to keep from getting the DLC as well haha

Personally, I heard that Cutlery Shoppe has a Manix 2 lightweight orange FRN/DLC coated S90V coming soon. This was maybe 6 months ago, so I thought “soon” meant we’d have at least heard of it officially by now.

Yeah, s90v isn't my thing, either. But I'm sure many folks will be happy to have another stainless sprint, especially in the manix lightweight (if that's the case). I'm holding out for 4v or rex 45. G10 or Micarta.

I thought it was gonna be a DLC Maxamet LWT Manix for a second, S90V is a pass for me especially if it's as expensive as the Native was this last run. I'd rather have 20CV or K390 than S90 but I guess it's their thing... Unless it's not then it's XHP... I guess they gotta match the first run
