I was hoping to snap a similar photo since my fam just went to the pumpkin patch yesterday. My Rexitary (name came to me just now, not sure if I like it) is going to be tasked with at least my portion of the carving.

Here's one in the meantime:

Matt, how much did those cost? I'm not going to copy you, just curious! I'm thinking they weren't cheap! Definitely one of my favorite customs I've seen on this forum.
20 :spyder:'s in 11 different steels
2 - ZT's - 0460 and 0470
1 - Microtech Ultratech DE OTF

Thanks :D It's becoming a popular material. Theres a handful of these skinny scales that were sold, and I've seen some Para3, Smock and Native scales like this floating around too. Only a matter of time before someone does a Shaman. I've also seen shred cf with gold and silver.

Rough estimate, Scales 120, titanium clip 20, lanyard tube 20. So about $160 on top of the cost of a Rex45 para3.

It's a week away from RexTober! I'm going to start a little early with the Rex45 carry and since we have so many more models with Rex45 I thought I'd dig this thread back up.

Should be a good thread this year after all those Rex45 releases!! Last year I was regretting selling my only one when this thread was created. This year, I've got 3 to scratch that itch

Incidently I got my first REX 45 knife just some days ago and don't think it will leave my pocket through October anyway.. :)
And today the weather in the mountains got pretty october-ish already...

Thanks, Larry! :)

Yes, I am glad I got that Manix! Used it a lot already despite having it for just a few days now and love the steel so far (the model anyway, but that I did know beforehand since it is my third Manix 2 LW)!

Here are the three other mountain shots with this knife I took so far, should you care to have a look.

I did see those and they are incredible! The one with the roads in the valley make me wanna zip my car through those curves because it reminds me of a TopGear/The GrandTour shot, if you're familiar with the shows.
