The wait is finally over, I ordered these scales about 5 months ago and they just came in yesterday. Please pardon the gratuitous post, but I had to show them off :D

Python Micarta scales by ShepardCC
Lanyard and extra clip holes deleted.
MXG titanium short deep carry clip.
M4 blade and liners from BHQ exclusive Shaman.
Forced patina done with French's Mustard dabbed on with a paper towel :D

Been waiting on a set of his scales for the same exact knife for a while now, really looking forward to them... although I’m starting to wish I chose python! Mine are red micarta, they should be super nice 😁

Wow! Those are AMAZING! I have never seen those before. Seriously awesome. I was fortunate enough to get the Cruwear Micarta Shaman and it is fantastic. I've always loved Micarta so I hope to see more of it from Spyderco.

Maybe a dealer could do an exclusive with this "Python" Micarta? Did the scale maker make this Micarta himself, or is this commercially available Micarta that Spyderco could use on an exlusive???

Looks awesome! Ever since I saw the BM Mini Loco with the python micarta it made me want a Spyderco with the same scales. Maybe this will entice them to make one, and start with the cruwear python micarta Proficient.
