Congrats to all who got one. Hoping st. Nicks will bump their future releases and have a few more to offer.

According to their Instagram account, they sold 15 in their B&M stores and had 374 to sell online. They said the number they actually received was far fewer than expected but that they just had to roll with it.

They were originally expecting 450.

Good news is they said they're next exclusive will be a much larger run. I'm guessing PM2 but it's only a guess at this point

Gone in less a minute? Yeah. Its funny because some sprint runs or exlusive are in stock for a year and seems like noone care.

BUT, take a popular model, give it 3V, 4V, Cru-Wear + DLC + some nice scales and you have profit guaranteed.

I was quite surprised with how long the KW exclusive Manix 2/DLC 52100 sat around. One of the best looking knives out there. Like you said, had that knife had one of the steels you just mentioned, it wouldn't have lasted 2 minutes. Took that model around a year to sell out.

Can't believe I missed this one. Based on my Mule performance this should be a great blade. I'm getting K390-like edge retention from my 4V Mule.

I was surprised by that one, too. That manix is one of the two g10 versions I have, and I like the 52100 quite a bit. And the gray/dlc combo is very attractive.

People pay it. Supply and demand. They have something that is virtually impossible to get, and someone, somewhere, with plenty of money wants it. I simply can't pay $400 for a knife. Especially when I know it was $210 5 seconds prior. I could absolutely afford $400 but I'd be tossing my dignity into a blender in the process.

People pay it. Supply and demand. They have something that is virtually impossible to get, and someone, somewhere, with plenty of money wants it. I simply can't pay $400 for a knife. Especially when I know it was $210 5 seconds prior. I could absolutely afford $400 but I'd be tossing my dignity into a blender in the process.

I have done the bay twice on Spydercos at inflated prices. Well, slightly inflated: +$20 on a $220 retail and +$40 on a $75 retail. I've never been as content as I should be with those knives due to the purchase parameters ... doubtful I will go down this road again.

I’m not sure exactly how these exclusives work, but I’m guessing st nicks has to put down some cash pretty early. They were not on my radar at all until the para3 came out. And I think they had a slow selling delica before that. Maybe they are having smaller batches in case they don’t sell much or just to limit the cash out of pocket. I think st nicks has our attention now and I’m pretty sure second runs or larger runs will sell. The lil native and shaman seemed to do very well.

I'm pretty sure they placed their exclusive orders at the same time but don't know whether or not that had any bearing on how large the runs were going to be. I do know that the Lil Native and Shaman had just come out. They've said they were unsure how popular the models were going to be. Because the Delica was such a slow mover I'm pretty sure they went with smaller runs to be safe. I also know that they like the idea of exclusives actually being exclusive. So I don't think it's very likely we'll see additional runs of the previous exclusives. You never know I guess but one of their main goals with these exclusives was to get their name out. I think they've accomplished that pretty well.
