Good morning,
Does anyone know whether the hardware between these are interchangeable? That is, the lanyard tube, two spacer things with T8 screws, and the pivot part with T10 screws?

To my (non expert) knowledge, all of those parts are compatible EXCEPT I don't know about the pivot parts; someone more knowledgeable would have to chime in on that. But yes, the other screws, standoffs, and lanyard tube can be swapped out between CQI'd Militaries and PM2s.
My collection so far: 52100 Military (2); 52100 PM2 (2); 52100 Para3; Stretch2 V-Toku; KnifeWorks M4 PM2; BentoBox M390 PM2; BentoBox S90V Military; Police4 K390; S110V PM2; SS Delica AUS-6; Wayne Goddard Sprint VG-10
Wish list: Hundred Pacer; Sliverax; Mantra; 52100 PM2 SE; Kapara

Thanks, maybe I’ll take it apart and measure the pivot to be sure.

Pivot screws are ABSOLUTELY different :
Spyderco Paramilitary 2 pivot screws are T10, thread size 6-32
Spyderco CQI Military pivot screws are T15, thread size 8-32
Scale screws are the same : T8, thread size 4-40
Clip screws are also similar : T6, thread size 2-56
