Did anyone else get the notification on their Spyderco app today that said the Gauntlet was now shipping fron dealers?

Yep

Yes. If you don’t want notifications , swipe up on the spydie hole in the app, and go to settings. Turn off notifications there.

I was just surprised no one had mentioned it yet. It's the first new item notification, correct?

The Parata was the first new item notification I received. It was actually sent out about 5 times in a minute or so! :D

I received this most recent notification about the Gauntlet as well. Fortunately, only one notification this time too! lol

Yes, ma'am. Received one (gauntlet shipping) and only notification this afternoon. Pretty neat! Might, to some degree, address doc's idea of a collector's club for the rest of us?

I turn off notifications for most of my apps but I did see the post on IG announcing that the Gauntlet was shipping. Looks great!

I got it. First one for me. I wonder if the notifications will only be for production models or if they will eventually notify us of upcoming sprints and exclusives.

It did not alert me. However, it is in my notifications.

Great way to stay up to date for those who'd like to.
For those who don't want the notifications, it can be disabled easily.

I did not get one. I just checked my notifications within the app too and nothing is showing other than when the Paratta one dropped.

I think there are also a couple budget knives still to come. The Insistent, Emphasis and a Byrd Cara Cara with Emerson wave, as well.

Why don’t the notifications show up in the Notification Center after you get them?

Anyway, the Police LW shipping is the VG10 version right?

The initial police LW will be vg10. Sal has said there will be a k390 version eventually and it will probably be dark blue in color.
