Any ideas when the McBee might again be in stock?

This was a really popular knife, so there will definitely be more!
Unfortunately, I don’t know when but I would imagine they are being made right now, if they haven’t been already! ;)

I too am anxiously waiting for the next run of McBees. In fact, yesterday I ordered a clip for it specifically. I called Spyderco in June to inquire and was told maybe late July/August. Let's hope September does the trick.

Which clip did you order?

I find the original clip perfect.
Adds much needed gripness to it.

Part of me struggles with spending that much on such a small knife, but I really love the small ones and the McBee is really appealing. It'll be a user. . . "I think"

Ric, I ordered a MXG Ti clip 02381based on a recommendation from BladeForums. The thread had pics which looked good. The "complaint" if you will was that the original clip was very stiff. Just ordered the MXG clip just in case.

The UK distributor has these in stock and reduced.

What a fantastic little knife! Really nicely made, proper ergo’s, and just an all-round joy! I love it.

It's FAR too small. Its sole purpose is man jewelry. It's nothing more than spyderco memorabilia. It makes for a good keychain. It's an extremely well made piece. It's made with quality materials. It's well made. It looks good. It....

Well, I tried (that backfired). I guess it depends on what you're looking for.

These knives are for folks that want a Spyderco Spin but feel like spending twice the $$$ for the same function ;)

How's that? :D

I just don’t have any knives close to this size and functionality. I guess I see it as a completely overbuilt knife of the size and that nothing else compares. It also look awesome.

If you're still on the fence, you'll likely have a few more months to think about it. Looks like they are all sold out again.

Highly unlikely. For one, they've only shown up again at a few dealers and two, just because they're sold out now doesn't mean they won't get more in soon. :spyder:

It's tempted me a few time, but I know it will collect dust. It couldn't possibly displace my Jester.
