What percentage of your Spyderco collection consists of fixed blades?

I have one, and it was a gift from Darby and Chad. I use it regularly as my hiking and camp companion. Expect for an old Ka-Bar and Buck, they are the only fixed blades that I need.

None as of yet because they haven't come out with a Lil' Ronin or a Dragonfly XL fixed blade yet....lol.
But seriously, I can't wait to get a Ronin. I've just been putting it on the back burner.

I´d be really courious which knives (Spyders...) you like to carry in resuce - and aviation health transport- situations (if you carry something special at all then)
Maybe you´d like to share briefly ?

Speaking of trickily Spyderco brand knives, it is very diverse. I use specialized cutting instruments like bandage and surgical scissors, scalpels etc. Knives are pocket or sheath carry and tend to have larger blades in the 3.5 plus range. There is a mixture of tango, sheepsfoot, clip point and drop point. Yjey are likely to pull general purpose duty cutting a plastic tube, cardboard box, nylon strap or belt etc. vs any specialized medical function.

The preferred EDC knives are easy opening and to that end most are . In no particular order some good ones are the Pacific in H1, and Autonomy in LC200

I got that,don't worry .I wanted a small fixed blade,with a DF wharnie style blade,and the handle inspired by the Polestar,my favorite folder.So i call this Fusion

I only designed it,a good friend of mine who is a young knife maker did it for me.He used 5160.

Ah, thanks. Nice design and execution. I like how the handle orientation looks like it would naturally drop the tip downwards for easy cutting, without having to cant the wrist forward.
