Good looking knife guys. I kind of regret not getting in on one but I landed a 52100 PM2 and for me that takes the cake. Congrats to all who scored!

I've done it, and it's a great feeling to help out a fellow member so they don't have to pay an additional $50+ for something they missed out on :D

It is a shame and frustrating to see but it's a free market. Nothing we can do about it and there's no sense getting upset over it. These were up for sale long enough that it should've been easy to get if you had access to their website.

I've thought about offering to help a few times. Time zones make it difficult for some. I work from home and have the flexibility to hit refresh 1000x before a drop. Plus I get credit card rewards for online shopping, and some sites offer rewards. Seems like a win win if someone wants to cover the additional shipping costs, I'd be happy to help grab an extra here and there as restrictions allow.

They went on sale on Tuesday. Based on previous high-demand drops and the fact that they were in stock for over a 1/2 hour leads me to believe that it was a decent sized run. DLT's not disclosing how big the production run was. So we may never know but I'm pretty sure it was a reasonable amount for an exclusive.

People selling them on blade forums for 180-200, and even saying they didn't want them but got them anyway. I'd refuse to buy just out of spite! Would be nice to have a red one to put away for my son (his favorite color is red, but he's not 3 yet lol).

I'll pick him up something one of these days.

Got mine in this afternoon - my first Para 3. First impressions are good. A little unsure about the pinned stop pin, given how much of a difference that can make in action on the PM2, and also not sure about the 0.140" blade stock retained from the PM2. My gut says I'd rather it dropped to 3mm/0.118" with the shorter blade but I'm open to my mind being changed on that.

It's certainly comfortable in my hand, though, and the fit is very good on my example.

I've been mostly carrying my CF/S110V Native 5 and HAP40 Delica recently so I'm looking forward to seeing how the Para 3 compares as another < 3" option.

It's not a pinned stop pin. It's floating, so if disassembled, it'll come out easily.
