Nicely done!
I tried something somewhat similar on a leather strap, but failed...
Great job on these ones though!

Too late to be in for a random drawing I'm afraid? :p

Thant's very nice work, and a generous gesture.

Your steady hand makes the end result look more easily done than most folks might think, if they have never done any leather work.

Thank you! It's been fun making them, getting a lot of practice in and trying out different techniques each time.

Finished the last one. Think they got better over time. Really enjoyed making them. Laminated a cut out of a native and taped it on, then put dye in a squirt bottle and sprayed it onto the leather, took it off and it didn't bleed at all thankfully.

If anyone has any ideas for folder sheaths I'm always looking for a project.

Got mine today ihped1! Thank you! The quality is superb. I especially the silhouette of the native on back. And I also really like the way you did the dumpling texture around the edges of the bug. Really adds that 3D effect nicely. You have some serious skills. Plus it’s very very nice thick robust leather. This is going to last me a lifetime! Again, thank you so very much!!! :spyder:

ihped1, thank you very much for the awesome notebook! Your handiwork is fantastic. I will be using this with pride immediately, and for a long time.

If I can figure out how to resize my pictures I will post a couple. Thanks again.

That journal really turned out nice. You have some good skills.
