Looking forward to it. I'd just prefer it not be S30V steel. CTS-XHP would be nice. I'd be fine with VG-10 if it kept the price down.

I’m really excited for this one. More so now that I know it has a wire clip. This one is going to be awesome!

Personally I'd prefer the Compression-lock over the Frame-lock of the original. The prototype I handled was outstanding. Just with how the prices have been getting higher I'd love to see this one at the lower end $100 range. Understand that where it's produced will dictate steel choice. Still I'd rather see VG-10 or CTS-BD1N than upper end steels to keep the price down. I'm also good with the wireclip. My Caly 3 has one and I like how it carries. Blade shape is still the cool Seax-like looking blade.

I’m with you on this one- VG-10 and BD1N are totally fine for EDC. Start with these, and then make sprints for the AFI’s with the more exotic steels.

Do we know if the Lil Chokwe is going to be a production model? Or is it going to be a Flash Batch, similar to the Lil Nilakka?

I, personally, wouldn't want to see budget options on a Flash Batch. Just speculating, but I'm guessing the Lil Chokwe will be a Flash batch.

Same question.

I like the Chokwe enough that I'm likely in for this one regardless, but I'd sure love to see it in an upgraded steel.
