Ha, Ha, Ha good one Bloke!
Last night I found myself in the Kitchen with the Spyderco Pacific Salt SE and a mess of fried Chicken. Decided to use the knife to get the meat off the bone and wow was I in for surprise. Guys if you have not tried this with a serrated blade you might be surprised how well this works.
I was able to strip the meat from the bone very easily the serrations grab and all you have to do is a scraping motion and it pulls the meat off so easily that it is hard to believe and fun to break down chicken with this knife.
