A question concerning the app.

On the app there is the partial picture of a knife.

Is it my imagination or is that knife the Native Chief?

I do not know. I tried to download it to my iPad and it would not download, even though it is in the App Store. Maybe in the future. Must be only iPhone now.

Just seeing the pictures in the thread (no iPhone here) I'd say Yes that's the native Chief.

Also, as an iPhoneX user, swiping up from the bottom returns a user to home. So when I try to “open” the blade, my phone thinks I’m swiping up to return to home screen. Takes a slow controlled swipe to open. Not a big issue, or really an issue at all. Just thought I could provide some feedback from iPhoneX users without the home button. Thanks again for an awesome app!

Another suggestion, is there a way to add a wallpaper section? Right now I use my own photos. But would be pretty cool to get some from Spyderco through the app.

Is there any way to get rid of the "Filter Results" button that covers some of the text/pictures?

I have the same iOS as you. It will not install. I get a 'done' and then it goes back to 'get' and no app installed.

Depends on the iPad model, on my iPad 4 it also doesn't work, as the app needs iOS 12 and iPad 4 isn't supported with this version.

I have the same iOS as you. It will not install. I get a 'done' and then it goes back to 'get' and no app installed.

Since we are on the same Operating System version it must be something else.

Please delete the app (if it is showing that is) then doe a hard rest on the iPad by holding down the home button and power button at the same time hold both and do not let go until the system reboots and you see the apple logo on a dark background.

After this you may be able to get it to install and function.
