Replacement Screws

#1

Post by bgcameron »

Has anyone been able to get replacement screws from Spyderco? I emailed customer service a few weeks ago with a screw request for my PM2 and I haven't heard anything since, even after a follow-up email.

Call them.
Their toll-free number doesn't work in my area and I am not sure I want the long distance charges I'll incur by calling the other number.

Email replies after weeks, or not getting email replies from Spyderco at all is very typical, unfortunately. They might send you back clip screws if you send them a photo of your knife, and if the knife wasn't modded (in my case it had aftermarket scales and my photos were just ignored). They will not send you any other screws anyways.
