YAY! Glad it's back :D I've got the Native and Para3, think I'll let others soak up the PM2 glory. I'm really hoping to see this in more models. Don't know why people didn't buy more of the LW models. The G-10 models evaporate as soon as they hit the shelves. Can you imagine how fast a Chief or Millie would go? I'm rooting for a Lil Native myself :D

I like this knife and I'm digging this steel. This is the best steel known to mankind for production in the second decade of the second millennia and there is ONE company on Earth to make it happen.

Glad to see a few of these trickle out. Spyderco is not the only knife company to have offered Maxamet BTW. ;)

Yeah but Spyderco makes Maxamet users. The ZT0888Max was made in such limited numbers that it is a collectible. How many were made? 250?

Yep, 250... Sadly I doubt more than a few were ever used hard. I've used the absolute hell out of my native 5 and love it to death.

I was fortunate enough to have a forum member pick up a Native 5 for me at the seconds sale this year. I have to say that I've been really impressed with it. Got if for a great price too.

Glad to see the PM2s show up again

A Lil Native Maxamet G10 would be awesome!

It's amazing that this standard production knife (Maxamet PM2) sells out like a sprint.

I actually have a Maxamet Para 3, and I prefer it to the Para 2. I'm just not a PM2 guy (although I have to admit I have my m390 PM2 in my pocket as I type this...so maybe my hypocrisy is showing too).

I think the real question is are they going to make a production Maxamet Para 3 LW?? This seems more likely than a Military given the Para 3 LW hype train.

I'm not really into these high wear resistance steels, but I would buy a DLC coated Maxamet Para 3 LW with grey FRN. A lot of people have asked for this steel in DLC.
