I love Spyderco ceramic benchstones. I have a Medium, Fine, Ultra fine, and 306UF. But there is one problem. Only one.
That's Flatness.
Many people said their flatness are not good. In particular the medium stone is the worst among them.
So I think they need to be flatten if possible. But, Spyderco said "Don't do that.".
How do you think about that?
Is it OK to flatten them? What is the best method?
I found two videos but I can't be sure these methods have no problem.
