Normark questions -- VW Help?

#1

Post by mac_heath »

I've sent a few emails to Eric @ Normark regarding a neck sheath for the SS Dragonfly. No one has responded. Anyone know what's up?

BTW, I've looked at a few other sites: I'd really like the sheath to carry the blade folded, tip down. Normark's is the only one I've seen that does this, and the price is very reasonable.

He's been online in icq but not replying to messages for about a week.

just sent a message to see if he's allright.

Might be able to help you out, just by the way I did mine last winter...

I had to ship mine to him as he doesn't own one. The turnaround time is about 2 weeks for a standard. I had just over a month as his house was crazy b/w illness and holidays.

Have to check my emails to see if I requested it(or if it was a fluke), but my ss 'fly rig fits a standard tek-lock. It carries tip down, clip out, and is EASY to use with either hand. Used it the last couple days with my left hand(tying with right, cut with left[knife out, cut, close, away all left one-handed], pick up tarp with both), no problems.

EDIT: update on eric...
VampyreWolf: just wondering why you aren't replying. everything all right on your end? been a few days

mac_heath,

Try to have a little patience with Eric. Once you get ahold of one of his sheaths, you'll see that the wait was WELL worth it as he does make the BEST "plastic" sheaths I have ever seen or had the pleasure to own!
