Manix 2 custom thumb sled

I have trouble with gripping the thumb bit on my manix 2 especially when my hands are sweaty or wet. is there anyone that makes custom ones that stick out more? Especially interested in premium material replacements for them as I'm going to get some titanium scales for them in soon.
