The temptation was too much. One on the way. I was charged the full price of $121. Should have made a comment in the box to avoid the VAT, but didn't. You would think they would see that it is shipping to the US and not charge the Tax. Anyway, I'm looking forward to this one.
How bad was shipping?
Don’t know. Mine was $126 total to the west coast USA. Not sure if VAT was included or not. Exchange rates vary a little too. Paid with Pay pal.

My shipment got turned around, it was supposed to be delivered today. :(

They’ve sent out another. Hopefully it arrives Monday. I’d say the wait is killing me, and normally it would be but me and the family just moved so I’m pretty busy at the moment.

I’m in the US and after the VAT refund I ended up paying a little under $100. Really not too bad considering the G10 Dragonfly is $110.

I'm in New York and mine just arrived today. Surprised by the weight and feeling of solidity that the larger spring/backspacer adds.

Comparing to other UKPKs, I definitely prefer the super-light FRN versions, which I've come to appreciate because they disappear in the hand and pocket and are true featherweights. But I can completely see this G10 version being a favorite (favourite?) of those who are looking for a more substantial EDC and can't carry many of the models we know and love stateside.

Anyway, I haven't met a UKPK that I didn't love, so cheers to HH for the spec!

I'm in Albany. Upstate, baby!

I've got family out in Syracuse. Haven't been out west as much as I should. Most of our weekend trips are to the Adirondacks -- beautiful country up there.

Does anybody with this knife, also own the DLT exclusive Manix 2? Was curious how similar the red is between the two of these models. They look pretty similar from the pictures I've seen so far.

The sun is setting here, so I can only make an indoor photo...lacking proper light the UKPK looks a little bit darker to me, maybe under the sunlight they look more similar.

Thanks for the photo Filoso! I appreciate it. It does look slightly darker to my eyes as well.

Looks the same color as the st nicks para 3. The para looks a little lighter because it’s got nested liners and is thinner material. The ukpk has solid thick slabs of g10.

Got mine, nice piece, the back spring/action is pleasant

Legal in knife-schizophrenia Europe, S30V, linerless, CQI backspring, sharp, deep carry clip and no freaking lanyard hole, cheap and above all crimson G10 :D , I think this run will go fast
