What I'd like to see

I often dream about my ideal knife.

Although this may go nowhere, I want to request a custom collaboration between spyderco and Steve Ryan. I am VERY impressed with the design characteristics, namely, the choil and fit between the handle and hand. I've never had a knife fit my hand better than the CRKT Ryan Model 7.

Pay attention to the very functional handles:

Cool stuff. <img src="smile.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0><img src="smile.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0><img src="smile.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0>

Also, I'd like to see recurves in spyderco blades. Not as much like the "S" grind, like in the meerkat or dodo, but more of a traditional recurve; kind of like emerson commander blade style. Very useful stuff.

Just a thought. I like putting ideas out there for no reason. Hey, maybe someday someone might listen. <img src="smile.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0>

Shabaria has a recurved blade. And also a tip. <img src="wink.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0>
Steve Ryan designed some very nice knives.

A Steve Ryan/Spyderco collaboration with a price point of $150-$200 would be awesome.
