I see that Bow River on the table, where the F is it! LOL
Thought the same thing.

And why are they STILL not showing or talking about the sheath? Seems really weird...

I'm quite concerned myself  This is one of my most anticipated knives lately....
I agree- really looking forward to this one! I’m sure the sheath will be great, it’s just weird that they haven’t even mentioned anything about it (other than being black leather)

Man, that Lightweight para3 is gonna be a huge seller! I just noticed (after watching that last video) that they smoothed/rounded the chamfering. This handle should feel much more like the Japanese frn knives which IMO will be a huge improvement over some of the “blockier” handles on the Golden made knives. Between that and the lightweight frn, this knife is a huge winner in my book. Here’s to hoping that there’s a LW pm2 and Millie not far behind!!

That's a great video, thanks. Eric does a nice job of conveying what makes Spyderco unique. Credit to BladeHQ as well for how it was produced.

Yup, that's a nice improvement.

And that video made me realize how much I like Spyderco's FRN. I've tried to like the G10 handles that are just slabs of G10 and I've realized I'm just never going to get there.

They only solved the pocket clip issue but they lost a good opportunity to thin down that overkill blade stock  Too bad ....maybe they'll grind them thinner behind the edge at least ... I only hope Sal reads this ....

Another good vid with an appearance by Paul Alexander. I think the Ikuchi is going to be a hot item.

I like the surface feel of G10, but prefer the rounded edges of FRN for all day working comfort.

Hope the FRN Police has rounded edges too, just like that Para 3.

I'd have been interested in trying out BD1N in that model after my stellar experiences with BD1, but I've got nothing against VG10. One of my favorite stainless steels.

This first quarter is going to be all about the fixed blades for me. The Bow River and Waterway look terrific in hand and will be must haves. The Ikuchi might be the only other must try for me. Most importantly, lets hear it for the Gauntlet. Those stones are going to be very functional.

Has is been confirmed the Waterway will be out first quarter? I'm really excited for that one. I intend to take it on a lot of hikes and camping trips this year.

I haven't heard it confirmed, I was just using the power of positive thinking to make it happen. I also neglected to admit I still have the cash put aside for the Paysan since last year.

I love how Paul takes up about 2/3rds of the video! The Parata looks great with the Stop Lock. He explains and shows that it swings free like an Axis lock, but it truly ambidextrous! I'd love to handle one. I wish the price point was a little lower on it considering it's VG 10.

The blade stock is the biggest reason the Para 3 doesn't work for me. But I guess that's why the Delica, Chaparral, and Calypso Jr exist.

Hadn't seen this posted yet from Shot. I'll just have to pretend it's the real thing until they release it. :)

That’s such a great video. You can really tell how much Eric likes working with Paul on these collaborations. That Ouroboros Paul pulled out of his pocket looks awesome. I’ve been trying to find someone to make me some custom scales for mine, but have yet to find anyone willing to do it. Maybe I’ll have to try doing it myself.

🤔

The Lw Para 3 looks like it will be stellar!

It was very interesting to listen to Paul Alexander. I’m still discovering just how great the Ouroboros is, and I’m fascinated to see what else he’s going to bring.
