Hmmm a dealer design exclusive? I don’t think Spyderco would let a vendor be the sole seller of a design. Steel/color format, sure. But not the whole enchilada.

Now that's what I would have thought, but I've asked this question several times and there is no consensus (AFAIK) about it being the case or not, I certainly have't seen or heard anything about anyone else doing an exclusive... I wonder if the BladeOps 'wave' PM2 is exclusive to them... that's one I do have (and really like)

Just saw BladeHQ announce a restock for these.

Both DLC and Satin will be in stock Wednesday December 16th (12/16/2020) @ 10 am MST.

I´m so glad they finally came out with a satin version! I have been hoping for this ever since I saw the DLC version, because in my experience, DLC scratches quite easily under light to medium use.

I’m on the fence for a satin. They are gonna drop right while I’m commuting to work so I may or may not pull over for it.

Just thankful that my distaste for this not being a regular production blade design and the S30V steel precludes me from jockeying up for position when this one drops. Wallet and sanity safe for this drop.

I generally like tantos although not with an extreme passion. This tanto shape with swedge and hollow grind is very appealing to me.
