The July 2003 issue of Tactical Knives, on page 80, indicates that thie knife has been introduced by Spyderco. What's the scoop from Spyderco as to the available of this knife.
This will be the most anticipated <img src="spyder.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0> to date! the ATR is a hightech workhorse! <img src="smile.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0>
I don;t have the article in front of me at this time, but they it can be classified as an an MBC knife, with a blade in the range of 3.5" with a slight upward cant. Handle has be lightened with holes, and a liner lock.
It's an integral compression lock. Don't know if it's MBC rated. The titanium handles have holes indeed, just like the blade <img src="tongue.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0>
BTW, Samo, if the ATR is the most anticipated, what do you think of the Paramillie?... <img src="wink.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0>
