Glad I got one since I’m a big fan of the Military. Hopefully, we’ll see a Native5 Rex45 at some point since it’s my other favorite Spyderco.

A native in rex is what I was holding out for. Or not holding out, but hoping for. I'll buy it if it happens.

I am on the fence about this one. Have the other two still waiting to be used...
However the Military would make it complete.

I believe there is two sides to this coin.
A) get the hottest selling steel while you can
B) wait and hope Spyderco makes more

Even though I believe there will be more in the market, I'm not sure they will be in the form of C36. The military historically sells slower. Spyderco and retailers have been watching sales and they speak for themselves. Someone is going to buy rights to this steel, but it's unlikely the military will be first on their list. Of course I could be completely wrong here, but I think the sales speak for themselves.

Just notified that Knifecenter is shipping my preorder. I didn't place the order until August, so they must have gotten a substantial number in and are getting caught up.

Still waiting for mine. Seller said something about strikes in Belgium... :( So much to the advantage of quicker delivery when ordering from inside the old continent.

Got mine on Monday. Good knife, but I find other Sal designs better suited to meet my personal preferences. Backlock, compression lock, BBL seem so much smarter for larger knives than a frame or liner lock.

Ergos and most of all blade shape and thickness are wonderful though. :) It will be carried alot. ;)
