Why there first, of all places? But this is good news -- I was starting to get worried about this item.

Hopefully this shows up at other vendors soon. Been waiting on this to drop since getting my PM2 months ago.

I have had a pre-order in for this, and have been getting weekly "feel good" messages since the dawn of time. It will be interesting to see if that plays out as it should or turns into a nightmare. No charge yet on my credit card, which is usually the first signal I see.

Sweet! Just in time for xmas camping trip. Had my preorder with KC since day one.

I was hoping this would drop before the BHQ Military. Going to skip the M4... I think? Hello REX 45.

This is great news. I've been very impressed with my REX45 PM2, which might be holding a shaving sharp edge longer than M4, and just as easy to get back there

Man, I always miss the Sprint runs when there in stock! Cruware PM3 only $136, they are almost $200 bucks now. These Militaries in REX45 will sell for $250 in a few weeks.

Oh well, At least I bought a Military Blurple in S110V.

I really hate I missed this REX45 Military though.

You haven't missed the REX45 Military yet TPS3443. It just dropped and hasn't even shown up at most dealers. Get yourself setup to receive email alerts for when the knife becomes in stock at multiple dealers and you should be able to snag one without to much trouble. Best of luck. If you don't mind paying for shipping Bento Box Shop shows the knife in stock and ready to ship at the same price as all the other dealers.

Sooner State Knives has it in stock, if you can stomach $9.00 for shipping.

Would rather pay $9 than Bento’s nearly $15 in shipping.

Yea I know. I tried to hold out for it, I couldn’t resist the Blurple. I try to keep the knife buying to 1 expensive knife per month. And I just used that money up on a Military in Blurple. I have no regrets though, so that’s good. The knife funds have to replenish. Maybe my next purchase will land just in time when I have the funds.

People are really going to enjoy these though. Rex 45 is a super hard steel about 67-68 HRC. You can chop a little wood, and still shave with it after!

This sucks BIG time
Same here and I will not buy from them, overpriced shipping and no return policy will wait for a different seller and if not oh well not really interested in another rust prone steel anyway. 52100 ruined it for me.

Ya know, that’s a really good point.

I couldn’t agree more. I really wanted one of these. But, impatiently ended up buying a Military in S110V. I keep forgetting about having to deal with rusting if I owned one in REX45, it wouldn’t be sitting in a box all day either, it would see use everyday. After seeing that red G10 Para 3 from St.Nicks in 4V hiding rust under the pivot. It is a little uneasy for my ocd.

Anyways, kinda nice not worrying about rust. I’ve left my PM2 wet several times on the bathroom sink overnight. Apparently S110V is 2nd only to the salt series of Spyderco’s.

I guess you’d have to keep them coated up in oil frequently. It seems like high maintenance. I’ve never really thought of this.
