On the big side- Manix 2 XL is my favorite, Military is my second favorite.
I would ABSOLUTELY get a Manix 2 XL, amd could see it as one of my favorites..... if it was a backlock. I don't know exactly why but axis locks (and variants) have never really appealed to me.
I'm firmly in the backlock camp myself, but the cbbl is my second favorite lock (assuming you consider triad locks and backlocks interchangeable). Slightly harder to closer, but it's got less vertical play and a similar strong self close.

If you're in the US I'd consider letting you borrow mine for a week.
I would absolutely take you up on that, care for it respectfully, and return it responsibly and promptly. But I am always on the go, either working out of town (and living in a hotel) or one of 2 different places during time off (either NC or GA). I can't risk not being there to receive the package. If something happened I'd have to buy you the spyderco of your choice, even if it means being gouged on the secondary market. I appreciate the offer buddy.

I have not had a chance to try out all the big Spydercos, but my favorites so far:
1: Military- I’ve tried to replace it with other knives but I can’t...it’s just perfect for me specifically. The blade shape and size appeal to me, the handle feels like it was custom made for me, and the little room it takes up in my pocket versus capability is impressive.

2:Endura- I like the FRN knives just fine. Black partially serrated Endura with black FRN scales looks very cool to me for some reason.

3: Shaman- newer addition and a big surprise for me. I didn’t expect to love the knife when I got it, just wanted to “try it out”. I like how it feels like a tank in hand. It locks up with authority, has a thick blade, and just feels like it could take a serious beating. The Shaman scale texture are also my personal favorite of all the Spydercos I own. The Shaman makes me feel like some loved the Tenacious and just built a fancy version of it and called it the “Shaman” super cool.
Days without buying a Spyderco: 35

You always have a choice.

I recently got a Chinook 4. The Power Lock is easy to manipulate for how much strength it's supposed to offer, and the handle is decently comfortable even to my smaller-than-average hands. I prefer more of a spear-point than a trailing-point, but still a neat large knife.

For me, it is the Military, I prefer it over the Manix XL.
I have both the CTS-204P and the CF/Ti s90V model -- and like them both in their own way.

But seeing all the enthusiasm for the Police certainly gets my attention. I have never had one in hand. I might love it.

The Tatanka looks interesting as well. What is the difference between a power lock and a back lock?

It's got a few more parts than a backlock.

Biggest I have is the Military and it pretty much trumps everything on my list for me even though I haven't carried one in almost a year now. I think my Autonomy counts as a big-big model since it has just as much cutting edge as a Military. I'd like to get a Police 4 eventually. I also like the old Calypso but never owned one.

Second vote for autonomy. Wish I could carry it more (at all). Unfortunately I no longer own a business as I definitely carry it all the time there.

Favorite would be the Ulize with the Police 4 being a close second.

The Ulize has really nice ergonomics. Handled them a few times but never walked away with one.

Military is where it's at. Compact for a 4" folding camp knife, as opposed to a giant 4.5" k2

Is there something that stands out on the police model? I was always intrigued by it (but never got into it, as it was over the legal limit)

It carries a lot better than the Millie being slimmer with a four way clip, cuts better due to the thinner blade, and I prefer the lock type.
