Squeak!

The blade length is useful, the spydie hole/pivot geometry works really well to both open and close, it’s a good 3 finger grip for me (not an awkward 3 1/2 like the Urban) and I don’t need a lock on a blade that small.

Without even thinking twice it's most definitely the DODO model. And I like the Spyderedged as much as I do my old 2003 era blue plain edged model.

I guess I could also add the burgundy ZDP-189, 2005 era Caly Jr. to that list. It was probably the very first Spyder I owned with a supersteel blade and I still like it.

The more I think about it Spyderco does have a good selection of "Little-Big" knives

Swick. No other fixed blade offers such a comfortable grip for me with such a small overall size.

So happy they're coming back.
I'm glad you mentioned the fixed blade SWICK model Vivi because it's one Spyder that I deeply regret ever trading. I'm most definitely going to get one of these new SWICK models for sure. I would love to get another skeletonized version to put a high quality handle on.

Being we are on the side subject of fixed blades you could also add the STREETBEAT as well.

Some of those mentioned are not "little/big", just little.
Techno is truly one, as is the DF, but who is keeping score. ;)

Again Vivi's mention of the SWICK model draws some interest from me. Because I'm looking to start EDCing a fixed blade again. And the SWICK would be ideal if they would ever offer it in Spyderedge. I would also like to see them do a Hawkbill version of the SWICK. Just look how the Dragonfly Hawkbill has taken off.

And the SWICK is a very ergonomic little fixed blade and I do think that the concept of the SWICK has a lot of possibilities.

Hawkbill Dragonfly by far, it's my favorite spyderco, not just my favorite little spyderco.

It's still early to call it a favorite (only had it a few days), but in the spirit of "little big knives" the McBee cuts like a much bigger knife than it is. Even without a lanyard you can get a very good grip on it with two fingers and a thumb (or index finger) on the spine of the blade, it really locks into the hand.

I like the stealth Chaparral I bought recently quite a lot. Thin handle and blade, but the ti makes it feel like a solid little workhorse.

So, I’ve got A Dragonfly 2,(zdp version), an Urban,(wharnie), Lava,(blue g10) and Techno,(xhp). All great knives but none make the cut as my fav.
Df2 is just too small in my hand, Urban’s action just not nice enough as I’m used to GEC slipjoints, Lava has too small of a blade and the clip on the Techno makes it pretty much unusable for me.
I recently picked up the Rhino and by a large margin is my fav of what I consider little big knife Spydies.

Rookie - A small, lightweight knife with a 3" blade. Really wish they would do a sprint run Rookie with a full flat grind - it would be an amazing slicer. (blurple would be great :D )
