20CV Lil Native

Who would be down for a Lil Native in 20CV? And on that note where is the 20CV in Spyderco's catalog? They made the DLT PM2 for $6.50 more than the S30V version, 20CV is super hot on the market right now and I can't get any from my favorite maker. :spyder:
Please tell me which model you would like in 20CV and what color you think the handles should be? To be clear I would be ok with M390 or 204P but those have been higher priced than the 20CV run was.

funny you mention it - I've been hesitant on picking up a lil native as I've been wanting to see what is in store for sprint runs, etc.

I'd be interested in checking out an updated version too, in fact It would surprise me to find they don't eventually release an option in s110v

I love my blurple. If you don't, the lightweight models are more of a navy blue.

I would very much like to see an s110v run in Blurple. A blade this size would best be served with a super steel on the high end of edge-retention compared to high-toughness. Definitely compression lock and plain edges. I wouldn’t mind any sprints of the steels you suggested above given they be of the stainless variety. A red dlt exclusive is my pick. The lighter g10s absorb to much discoloration from dirt and blue jean dye.

Been eyeing the lil native for a few weeks now! Was going to order one right before the discontinued list went out (Junction, G10 Stretch, and Titanium Chaparral coming ) so I'm going to wait a bit. Would love to see a 20CV (with Tan G10) or Blade HQ DLC M4 (Jade G10) lil native ! Oh the possibilities :)

What's wrong with blurple? I think it is actually pretty darn nice, but beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

What I can't get past is the "lil native" -- I find a regular native to be as small as I care to go.

I just don't like purple. I don't get why that's got to be the only color for such a great steel. Golden seems to only make black or blurple in normal production lol

Lil native is appealing to me as a sprint for a few reasons. I think it's a great platform for new steel because it's lower cost and the small size means it's easy to carry as a second blade.

Not bad. I am not taking it as a sign of the apocalypse.

I didn't like the blurple at first, but now I think it is really a great color -- especially in person. More blue with a purple aftertaste. But I understand if you don't like something, then you just don't.

The "jade" G10 I thought was ridiculous as first, but it has grown on me. I really like my M4 "jade" Native 5.

Now I don't own a "lil native" (and likely won't), but I think a regular Native 5 would be a great platform for sprints in all kinds of steels. However, the Para 3 seems to be the defacto platform for that sort of thing.

The Sage 5 is pretty darn close to that. With the Para 3's popularity, I'm wondering how many more years the Sage 5 has before it's on the discontinued list. OTOH, the Delica, Chaparral, and Native have coexisted for many years.

This ^ is my dream knife. I don’t own any native 5s bc no compression lock. The lil native is heading in the right direction.
It also means they must bring back the liners.

I Have a lil native and i would buy another in m390 or 20cv. I even polished my g10 handles and added sharpening notch and fixed the finger choil.

I really like the smooth G10 on the cruwear model, I would also like to see more of that
