As long as nothing was changed except the length of either end of the knife, I'd buy one. But, if you change any other part of the ergonomics it's a loss. You could add a half inch to the length of the blade and to the very end of the handle and that would only aid in getting your pinky onto the handle and then the rest of the ergos would feel the same.

Exactly my thoughts ! Just stretch it on both ends with not more than half inch !

Don't think I do not like the DF. I have 6 and will probably have more. I have more DF's than any other model from any maker. Now, if it were a tad longer in blade length and cutting edge, it would be something even more special.

I'm just as huge fan of the Dfly2 as the next guy ... keep it as it is , just add a bigger brother in the line for those who feel the need for a longer and more usefull blade in some ocassions.

I don't know why everyone always assumes the original gets replaced. Some people seem terrified of change. The Para 2 and 3 are good examples of how sizes can live in harmony.
