The usual suspects: Jester, Dodo and Persian. Any - or all - of them, please.

As above, Dodo

but probably Spyderco Catcherman with Green or Yellow Handle in H1
and for me, Serrated edge
Catcherman is my pick. Full SE H1. I want to replace my Pacific Salt SE with one. It's lighter, has much more cutting edge, and the thinner blade would slice through cardboard with less resistance.

I just like the BIG folder aspect in the Spyderco. I know Fish Hunter, Aqua Salt and Jump master have their lace
but the folding aspect with large long blade and serrations would be awesome.

I would still keep my Pacific Salt SE.
3 x Endura 1 SE, 1 x Endura ? CE and a Black Pacific Salt. Want Aqua Salt, Fish Hunter and a Pacific Salt Yellow.

Just wanted to create a thread with almost the same title by myself, luckily I found yours on time... ;-)

Ok, my choice would be the Stretch 1 FRN, no question. The VG 10, HAP 40 (burnt orange) and ZDP 189 versions.

The current stretch 2 is not a bad knife, but the Stretch 1 was better imho:

Shorter closed length, but more cutting edge than the Stretch 2
For me personally better ergos, I really liked the "hook" / "parot beak like feature" on the end of the handle.
In a regular, not choked up grip (so not using the choil) hand closer to the edge
More acute tip than the stretch 2

Only thing I prefer in the stretch 2: The blade is wider above the cutting edge, so there is no "step" between the Ricasso and the cutting edge.
Top three going by pocket-time (update March 24):
- EDC: Endura thin red line ffg combo edge (VG10); Wayne Goddard PE (4V), Endela SE (VG10)
-Mountains/outdoors: Pac.Salt 1 SE (H1), Salt 2 SE (LC200N), and also Wayne Goddard PE (4V)

I would second the recommendation for the Stretch 1 and for the Rookie. I would like to see a version of the Rookie in something like ZDP189.

There're quite a few discontinued models I'd like to see done as sprints, but the only one that I think really makes sense as a part of the ongoing lineup is the Slysz Bowie. (The only one that I'm interested in, I mean. There are probably others that make sense that just don't happen to be on my radar.)

Definitely the Temperance II, maybe in one of the current “super” steels. I think that around a $200 pricepoint it would find more buyers. Such a beautiful, elegant design.

For me either the Mouse or the Navigator. I really like the idea of either of them in a premium steel and a micarta handle scales. The Salsa would be another great choice!

That’s easy..
LC I love your selection of the Dodo model. It's truly one of my all time favorites. The original Dodo was made in full Spyderedge and it was a super great serrated blade and I do hope at some point we see another Spyderedged Dodo. I would also love for Spyderco to consider a bigger scale version of the Dodo model. If they made a Dodo with a bigger, wider, longer blade and just a larger scale Dodo model maybe about twice or one and a half times as big as the original I think everyone would be blown away at how great that short Reverse S blade is for all kinds of demanding cutting jobs.

There are about 4 Spyderco models I would love to see in a larger scale but the Dodo is at the very top of my list.

The Q ball is about that size and also has a good ergonomic handle. How would you feel about a reverse s blade in a Q ball? Most of the design is already done.
