After a few months of this rotation I’ll go to the storage and swap out a few. An FRN Delica will always be in the rotation.

Bad news, my friend. It's always "just one more."

It seems like there is a never ending stream of new releases I _need_ to try out and work into the rotation.

My current rotation

2 - Spyderco Yojimbo 2 CF in 20CV
1 - Bastinelli PiKa Picoeur Karambit
1 - Spyderco Native 5 in Maxamet
1 - Zero Tolerance 0900 in S35VN
1 - Hinderer XM-24 Wharncliffe in M390
1 - Hinderer XM-18 Fatty Harpoon Tanto in S35VN
1 - Zero Tolerance 0609 BLK in S35VN
1 - Zero Tolerance 0450 FC ZDP in ZDP 189
2 - Zero Tolerance 0095 TAN BLK in S90V

Like most here I have no shortage of knife to carry but I tend to reach for a Military or Stretch.

Of the three Militaries I currently have my Digi Cam S30V sees most pocket. :)

I always carry a byrd rescue 2.

At work, I rotate s110v pm2, s110v military, and XHP Cold Steel Recon 1.

Off days, cruwear pm2 and m4 pm2.

I want the Native Chief more than anything. Possibly picking up a Resilience in the future, a Shaman sprint, something in 4v, and maybe one day a k390 police 4. There are some others I want that I'm forgetting. All my knives see use or they get sold.

Well I just bought my first real knife, a Tenacious about a week ago. I liked it so much, I purchased a Spyderco Paramilitary 2 Blurple S110V from BladeHQ it will be here tomorrow, or Saturday in the mail.

I’m most likely going to order my 3rd in a few days. I dunno, I may not keep the Tenacious in rotation. It gets dull pretty quick, and it requires constant sharpening.

I always carry a Dragonfly, since it came out the Hawkbill Dragonfly is the one I carry the most. I kind of feel bad how much I neglect my other 4 Dflys.

Besides the Dfly I usually carry one of 3 natives (fluted cf s90v, jade M4, LW Maxamet) or one of three Para 3's (Maxamet, M390, Rex45).

I also mix in the Tasman 2, Super Blue Delica, and Hap 40 Wharndelica.

Less often I carry my Blurple PM2. The rest get taken out only on special occasions.

Lately I've really taken to carrying the Shaman, great knife.

I carry every knife I own. I get into ruts with types of knives though. Lately I've been all about lightweight. It's a phase though. For the best few months I've rotated between the hap40 delica and the s90v orange native 5 lw. I've had the SE delica wharncliffe with me everyday. At work I carry the SE wharny delica plus either the rhino or a gec. As it cools down I'll switch back to heftier. Next month I'm getting the Brouwer and I'll probably carry the g10 s110v native 5 and maybe my cru wear pm2 .

I most often find myself carrying a Lil' Native or Para 3, but I just got a deep carry clip for my Domino so that will probably make the rotation too.

Weekday rotation is in transition- it was 10 knives (8 Spyderco and 2 others) but I am cutting it back to hopefully 7 Spyderco and maybe 1 other. The 6 established members are 1 Manix 2 XL, 2 Manix 2 LW (S90V and S110V) and 3 PM2s (1 S110V and 2 M4). The one that I want to add is another PM2 M4.

My weekend carry is typically either a Manix 2 M4 or a Military M4. I have a Manix 2 Cruwear and a Military Cruwear as backups.

Aramis CF scales + CF Backspacer, titanium hardware, MXG deep carry pocket clip. The knives pictured are in M390 and S110v. Not pictured is a DLC M4 with blacked out hardware.

Mostly I rotate Para 3s.

My main rotation consists of:

CPM S110V Military
Native 5 Maxamet
CPM M4 Advocate
Calypso Jr Super Blue

Plus:
Any of my 4 Manbugs

Not included is my Pacific Salt SE. Since I have this clipped IWB every day it doesn't ever get rotated with anything else.

About 20-30 are in the regular rotation.

Millies, Technos, C22, Bowie and Chef get the most pocket time, but I like to mix it up and feel bad for knives that aren't in regular use :o

Ooh! Those handles are very handsome. I like the look of the blue hardware, too. Thanks for replying.

Most other Spydies (13 more) are much more rarely carried

In the big picture I have probably 50-60 users that I consider to be “in the rotation”.

Exactly describes my rotation. Pink Native 5 this month, but two large SpydiePacks full of users plus a couple floating around the room. I always carry two clipits (right front pocket, left front pocket) and when I have a coin pocket, a Ladybug or Manbug also gets carried.
