make sure you select edge and color or it will show sold out

fitting had to use edge instead though

coming up now after closing and reopening page. almost had a heart attack trying refreshing page to no avail

It is fixable, but since I'm not in SFO or in their system I can't fix it for you. I've e-mailed SFO and asked them to take care of it for you but in the future, it's definitely best to reach out to them directly (I don't always see every post on the forum).

I'm sorry you had issues with the process. We tested the code and all was well. Pair that with the 150+ orders through the site and I'd have to guess that your experience was isolated. We'll make it right. *EDITED to add: SFO confirmed that they will issue a credit back to your card for the amount that would have been discounted with the code.

My work blocks access to the site, so I had to use the cell phone browser with a poor network connection. Then it wouldn't accept my password; finally got that reset and logged back in. Glad to have a smart phone . And glad to have a job again so I could buy the knife!
